White smoke on startup and coolant smell, is my Hemi done?

I'm getting really nervous about my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.7 Hemi. Over the past month I've noticed a puff of white smoke when I start it in the morning, and recently I started smelling coolant inside the cabin when the heater is on. The oil looks normal, no milkshake yet, but I'm losing about a liter of coolant every two weeks with no visible leaks. A friend who's a mechanic said it sounds like the head gasket might be failing between a coolant passage and a cylinder. I'm trying to find a shop that can do a combustion leak test on the cooling system and a cylinder leak down test to confirm before I commit to a huge repair. I've been looking for Experienced Head Gasket Abu Dhabi specialists that actually know the Hemi and can tell me if it's worth fixing or if I should be looking at a new engine. Has anyone here had the early signs of head gasket failure on the 5.7 and caught it before the engine overheated? Also wondering if it could be a cracked head instead of just the gasket. The truck has 180k km on it and I really don't wanna scrap it. Any advice on what questions to ask a shop or recommendations in Abu Dhabi would be great. Thanks.
