The DSG in my A3 is shuddering and I'm worried it's going to fail

I've got a bit of a situation with my 2017 A3 and I'm hoping someone here can give me some insight because I'm really starting to worry about this. The car has the S-tronic transmission which I know is essentially a DSG, and lately it's been doing this weird shuddering thing when I'm accelerating from a stop, especially in first and second gear. It feels almost like the clutch is slipping or engaging roughly, and it's getting more noticeable as the days go by. I've also noticed that when I'm driving in stop and go traffic, the car can be really jerky and unpredictable, which is just exhausting to deal with. I've been reading a lot about DSG transmissions and apparently they can have issues with the mechatronic unit, or the dual clutch system can wear out over time, and both of those are really expensive repairs. I'm trying not to panic because the car only has about 65,000 kilometers on it, which seems low for a transmission problem, but I've also read that these gearboxes can start having issues even at lower mileages if they're not properly maintained. The thing is, I bought the car used and I don't have any service records for the transmission, so I have no idea if the previous owner ever had the fluid changed or if they just neglected it completely. I'm starting to think that maybe I should take it in for a diagnostic before the problem gets worse, because I've read that catching these issues early can sometimes save you from a much more expensive repair down the line. I've heard that finding a professional Audi DSG repair workshop in Musaffah Industrial is the way to go because they have the specialized equipment and knowledge to properly diagnose these particular transmissions. From what I understand, not every mechanic has the right tools to work on DSG boxes, and using the wrong procedures can actually cause more damage. I'm also wondering if I should consider doing a transmission service with new fluid and a filter to see if that helps with the shuddering, or if the problem is probably mechanical and a service won't fix it. I've seen some people say that a fluid change on a DSG can make a huge difference, while others say that if it's already shuddering, the damage is already done and you're looking at a clutch replacement or worse. I just feel so lost and I don't want to make the wrong decision. Has anyone else here experienced DSG shuddering on their Audi? What ended up being the cause and how much did it cost to fix? I'm really hoping it's something relatively minor because I absolutely love this car and I don't want to have to get rid of it over a transmission issue. Any advice or shared experiences would be so appreciated right now because I'm honestly feeling pretty anxious about the whole thing. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I hope someone out there has some answers for me.
