Finally got our primary bath redone and the one thing I'd do differently

We wrapped up our primary bathroom remodel about three weeks ago and I'm still getting used to walking in there without flinching at the old tile, which was this truly baffling shade of brownish pink. We kept the footprint, which saved a ton, and swapped the tub for a larger shower since neither of us has taken a bath in years. The KBCPA bathroom remodeling team handled it and overall I'd use them again, they were patient with my endless questions and they caught a slow leak under the old vanity that nobody knew about. My one regret is that I didn't decide on the niche placement earlier, because I ended up moving it after the tile was already ordered and that cost me a week and a bit of money. If you're planning one of these, figure out the small stuff like where your shampoo lives before anyone touches a trowel. Has anyone else had a last minute change that set them back, or am I the only one who does that to myself?
